Cientista pol\u00edtico de forma\u00e7\u00e3o (Universidade de Bras\u00edlia \u2013 UnB) e mestre em gest\u00e3o de projetos (University College London \u2013 UCL). Atuou como consultor de responsabilidade social e sustentabilidade para empresas de petr\u00f3leo e minera\u00e7\u00e3o, foi professor universit\u00e1rio e desde 2002 trabalha na UNESCO.
